The Nissan GT-R Performs Admirably

The Nissan GT-R is a sporty and muscular high-performance vehicle. The Nissan GT-R performs at optimal levels in several important categories, and these include horsepower, torque, and suspension. On the power front, the Nissan GT-R produces between 467 and 480 foot-pounds of torque. At the same time, it's special Nismo-tuned engine can produce between 565 and 600hp. To put things in perspective, many heavy-duty pickup trucks max out at about 350hp.

In addition to the horsepower and torque output, the 2019 Nissan GT-R also includes special all-wheel-drive capability. While many sports cars make rear-wheel drive a staple, the GT-R goes its own route with a special midship premium platform. This layout results in a more balanced overall weight distribution and gives the all-wheel-drive capability yet more efficacy.

In addition, the Nissan GT-R pumps out yet more power by using a twin turbo charger setting to blast high pressure air into the cylinders. By packing more air into the cylinders during each stroke, the turbocharging system maximizes power.
